This is a short term solution, but all the weight comes back on as soon as you get off the program. The food is considered cheaper than other diets however once you include the extra protein, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and salary products that you must add into your food the extra cost comes right back on like the weight. This diet is by far one of the most expensive diets. When you add in all the other foods, you end up spending almost 500 dollars a month!  Not only that, again you have the problems of preservatives and artificial components which are not safe to your body.
