		<description>Very good question. The answer is no. Self-hypnosis is a solitary strategy and depression is caused by emotional isolation and self-directed anger. Depression can only be completely healed within the context of relationships because that&#039;s where it&#039;s created. I&#039;ve sent a copy of one of our free ebooks &quot;Your Social Genius&quot; to your email address. It has some strategies for managing the dynamics in relationships that cause anxiety (esp the section on creating boundaries). Depression is the backlash of internalizing feelings of anger caused by anxiety…..so in  dealing with one you deal also with the other.
