Network Marketing, Are You Crazy? by: David Sandercott

13 April 2010

Whether you have been involved in network marketing for a week or 10 years, you may have heard some kind of negative response to your network marketing opportunity. If so, don’t worry about it, it happens to all of us.

I have discovered that most people don’t get excited about network marketing like I do and many have the wrong idea of what it is and the process of how it works.

My greatest lesson in being an entrepreneur and learning from successful mentors has taught me that working for money is the worst way to earn. A great book on this topic and a must read would be “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki.

Educating people in network marketing is something I love to do and part of my life’s purpose. The biggest difference in network marketing versus typical corporations is that network marketing is all about assisting others to succeed so you succeed. Typical corporations have historically been about stepping over people to get to the top because there is a limit of who can reach it. In network marketing, there is enough room for everybody at the top.

Corporations market their products through big budget advertising; network marketing companies pay distributors to market and sell products. So instead of big advertising agencies getting paid, you get paid.

Let’s look at the economy right now. It is obvious that change is necessary and we need to create additional streams of income. Network marketing could be a real solution for a lot of people’s financial problems. Instead of going back to school to learn some general knowledge for a mediocre job, why not go into network marketing and get a first class education in being an entrepreneur and earn money while doing it?

Network Marketing has given countless people opportunities they did not find elsewhere. It teaches the mindset of an entrepreneur and being on purpose, introduces people to mentors who support and assist them, and teaches principles to succeed no matter what the economy has to offer.

Yes, network marketing takes effort. There is a learning curve and you may spend some money before you make it. But, where else can you go to become a business owner for as little as $500, be able to mastermind will millionaires, and have a whole business system in place?

I am sure you already know there is a high price for success; however, I would have to say and think you will agree, the price of regret is much much higher. Maybe network marketing is not for you but, you will never know unless you look for yourself with an open mind. The more choices we have in life, the more freedom there is.
