If you are having trouble finding the time to do strength and cardio, here are a few suggestions which I have worked for myself and people I know.
Just for the record , it is important to consult your physician before beginning any kind of exercise routine.

Routine One: Cardio Focused/Light Strength Training
Monday: Cardio
Tuesday: Upper body strength training
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Lower body strength training
Friday: Cardio
Saturday: Cardio

Great anti-oxidants! Not sure where people are getting the idea that anti-oxidants cause you to lose weight but it sure seems to be making someone a lot of money. This is a short term solution, but all the weight comes back on as soon as you get off the program. Hey, why can’t I get a diet named after me too? (lol) The problem with diets like this are that the portions are way too small and foods are over processed, look at the labels on them and see all of the chemicals. A good rule is that if you are not able to pronounce something on the first three tries it is probably better that you don’t put it into your body.
