This diet is a pain in the fourth point of contact.
Point systems are tedious and require way too much attention in order to maintain. Unless you are a complete nerd and get a kick out of crunching numbers this is going to get old very fast.  Counting points and calories sucks all of the enjoyment and is time consuming and distracting. There are so few pleasures in life, why deprive yourself of one more by making it into a chore?
